Your Car
Alfa Romeo. Just the sound of the name awakens associations with Italy, and with sporty cars that really stand out from the rest. For some, it means design in its highest and most complete form; for others, it means that yearning by those in the North for things Italian.

For Italians, Alfa Romeo is a part of the homeland.  This is your chance to explore that homeland and drive a true classic of the landscape.

Tour Itinerary

Day 1:
Classic car tour through Chianti

We will wait for you at Florence Airport and accompany you to the hotel “Il Borgo di Vescine”. After we review the Road Book and we introduce you to the Alfa Romeo Spider fleet, you will start your first exit into the Chianti area. Back at the hotel you have time to relax by the pool or taste the house wines on the terrace before we accompany you to dinner together with delicious authentic Tuscan cuisine in a hamlet high in the Chianti hills

Day 2:
Montepulciano and Orvieto

After breakfast you will check out of the hotel, and we will take care of your luggage to our next hotel. Today’s stage takes you deep into southern Tuscany, on picturesque country roads through the region of”Crete Senesi“. In the late morning, an immersive and varied tour through the Renaissance town of Montepulciano, known for the red wine of the same name, awaits you. After the lunch break we are well on the way into Umbria: east of the Val di Chiana, the route leads through slightly hilly areas via Monteleone di Orvieto to Rocca Ripesena, where you will check in at the “Alta Rocca Wine Resort” with an enviable panoramic view in the middle of the vineyards and olive groves. We end this day with an evening tour of Orvieto.

Day 3:
Perugia, Todi and der Lake di Corbara

This morning you will cross the green heart of Italy from south to north. In the flat Appenin foothills, we have chosen routes with little traffic for you, similar to the road book for the Mille Miglia: you will experience winding roads with shorter mountain stages, around every corner a fantastic view of the “Parco Fluviale Tevere“. At noon you will reach Perugia, the capital of Umbria. Take the opportunity to get to know the old university town on our joint city tour. Everywhere there are well-preserved testimonies from Etruscan and Roman antiquity, the Middle Ages, when the city belonged to the Papal States, and the blossoming Renaissance – the famous painter Raphael learned his craft in Perugia. You will get today to design your lunch break individually, so that there is also time for a shopping spree or more sight seeing throughout. The return trip follows the course of the Tiber and allows a coffee stop in Todi with its impressive Gothic cathedral. In the evening we enjoy a wine tasting in the middle of the vineyards before we go to dinner at the “Alta Rocca Wine Resort“.

Day 4:
Radicofani and the Val d‘Orcia

After check-out, in your Alfa Romeos, we will briefly cross the Lazio region north of Lake Bolsena before following the old Roman road Via Cassia to the north. Via Radicofani and San Quirico d’Orcia in the Val d’Orcia, of the same name, you will reach Asciano and further on to the Crete Senesi. The last kilometers behind the wheel of your Alfa Romeo classic cars also offer views like in a picture book in Tuscany. In the early afternoon you will arrive at the “Borgo Scopeto” hotel, from where we will take you to Florence Airport, unless you extended your stay on site.
